"Leo? Leo?"

"There he is!"

"Leo? Leo?"

Whenever we play hide-n-seek or peek-a-boo I always start out "Leo? Leo?" and then he pops up and I say 'There he is!" Well now when Leo want to play this game he hides behind curtains, blankets, whatever...and yells "Leo, Leo" soooo funny!

Little Things To Remember

Life is going by fast and with two kids I feel like I can't always keep up with the day to day memories so here are a few that I for sure want to remember as of late!

• Leo is very tedious right now about turning of "ights" when leaving a room and holding hands as we go up and down the stairs! He reaches up with his hand to yours saying "and and" and then pauses on the first step to look behind him saying "door" making sure the babygate is shut. soooo stinking cute! 
• Lily laughs SO LOUD when you making "smooching" sounds or tickle her feet.
• Leo can open the fridge on his own not a very good habit but he screams at me to get him yogurt "oGURT" and oranges several times a day.
• Leo is the most affectionate with Lily first thing in the morning. He covers both of them with a blanket "banket" on our bed and giggles with her and she smiles and laughs back at him. Truly these are the best moments of my day especially if it happens while Mike is getting ready for work and he can be part of it.
• Leo is in a "Mom" calling stage right now but when he calls me Mom I make sure to correct him and say "mama" haha. They grow up so fast! Leo also rolls his eyes at you when you correct him now....where did he learn that!? *rolls eyes* 
• June has become a fat dog because of Leo thinking he needs to feed her everytime he eats! 
• Jenkins "Gangkins" is Leo's favorite pet at the moment. 
• Lily is pretty much sleeping through the night if you don't count 430  a night time hour. She could be classified as a early bird. 
• Leo has finally mastered character recognition...We were at walmart and we passed by the Thomas the Train pillow pets and he started pointing and yelling "MOM-MAS MOM-MAS"
• Lily is almost rolling over...I think she will be sitting on her own soon, thanks to bumbo time!
• Leo can drink from a cup all on his own.
• Lily has started giving kisses.
• Leo is still obsessed with brushing his teeth and wearing shoes.

Sleepover

Leo/Brenden Sleepover's are becoming a regular thing nowadays! I hope the boys appreciate the time they spend together because it sure is cute watching them grow up together!

I was so busy keeping track of them I hardly took pictures of them playing but they had fun that's for sure! My house was a mess to prove it :P

Mr. Helpful

Leo now helps with the dishwasher all his idea he grabs the items and says "away" then either hands them off to me or puts them on the counter. The silverware he actually puts in the drawer. Such a big little helper!

5 months already!?

Lily turned 5 whole months on Tuesday! She is really starting to change alot!

Things Lily does:

• laughs when you kiss her
• almost rolls over she can get to her side 
• coos and "talks" ALOT
• smiles whenever you look at her
• LIGHTS UP when Leo "plays" with her
• She is 6 month clothing already! 
• Started her on Rice Cereal..she wants no part of it so far.
• Makes Mommy and Daddy's heart melt everyday!

Growing So Fast!

The New Year

I totally forgot to write about New Years!! New Years Eve was actually the first night Lily spent the night away! This was HUGE because seriously Leo was around 15 months before he hit that milestone. We celebrated with Leo and Lily before midnight but that's ok they are babies they don't know what time it is!

He loved making noise! 

My Mom and Dad kept the kids for the night and I was actually worried that New Years was ruined because it seemed that Mike had caught whatever bug I had over Christmas but he is such a trooper and shook it off but the evening after a restful day and we headed to the new Casino and to Kobe's steakhouse for dinner! A 9 o'clock dinner fun and very different from our normal nights out on the town.

The Casino is not completed yet and we didn't win any money we actually lost 60 dollars We still had a really fun time! We were home by midnight and enjoyed some champagne while watching a movie and I loved every minute of it...except for when I was a nervous wreck about Lily spending the night away! I missed her and Leo terribly! I know the kids enjoy their time with their grandparents though.
