I totally forgot to write about New Years!! New Years Eve was actually the first night Lily spent the night away! This was HUGE because seriously Leo was around 15 months before he hit that milestone. We celebrated with Leo and Lily before midnight but that's ok they are babies they don't know what time it is!

My Mom and Dad kept the kids for the night and I was actually worried that New Years was ruined because it seemed that Mike had caught whatever bug I had over Christmas but he is such a trooper and shook it off but the evening after a restful day and we headed to the new Casino and to Kobe's steakhouse for dinner!
A 9 o'clock dinner fun and very different from our normal nights out on the town.
The Casino is not completed yet and we didn't win any money
we actually lost 60 dollars We still had a really fun time! We were home by midnight and enjoyed some champagne while watching a movie and I loved every minute of it...except for when I was a nervous wreck about Lily spending the night away! I missed her
and Leo terribly! I know the kids enjoy their time with their grandparents though.
