The Walsh Family: I keep telling myself...

All the things I need to write down! This past month has been a splash of crazy. We were super busy getting back into the routine of things after our Colorado trip and then we threw into the mix a week of full on family time with trips to the animal park along with swimming almost every day. NO EXCUSES for not keeping up with my kids precious moments though...

We started out the month doing a little bit of this..and Leo has literally told me about riding the camel on a daily basis since.

Playing with cousins all week made Leo super spoiled and he loved every minute of it.

WORN OUT

I always feel like I need to show all the things we "do" and I am forgetting all the every day things...for example Leo loves freeze pops right now but what is cute is he always picks the color of the shirt he is wearing. He loves to guilt trip me at the store when we don't get something he wants by telling me repeatedly "Mama you hurt me fweewings"

This morning he woke up and told me it has already been a long day and that he "a lot of work to do" if "a lot of work" meant playing with train tracks and watching bob the builder then he was right on.

Lily has been a handful lately but in a good way. She is always telling me what is on her mind but since we have come to the conclusion that her language is minion for "despicable me" it will be a few months before I get what she is telling us. (by the way her 2nd birthday is Saturday, oh my!)

Leo feels he must go to bed with Jeeves every night like a stuffed animal whether Jeeves likes that or not it doesn't matter.
